On the 15th of January, 2025, Initiative for the Advancement of Improved Health and Development (I-AIHD) conducted a Community Stakeholders Meeting on I-AIHD ECEWS SPEED CDC Project in Osun State.
the 15th of January, 2025, Initiative for the Advancement of Improved Health and Development (I-AIHD) conducted a Community Stakeholders Meeting on her I-AIHD ECEWS SPEED CDC Project in Osun State.
The objectives of the meeting were:
1. To disseminate data generated in Quarter 1 of the Fiscal Year 25.
2. To update the stakeholders on the project achievements in Quarter 1 of the Fiscal Year 25.
3. To solicit the support of the stakeholders for the Quarter 2 of the Fiscal Year 25.
Among those who attended the meeting were the representatives of Osun State Agency for the Control of AIDS (OSACA), Osun State Key Populations Secretariat, Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria ( NEPWHAN), Community Influencers and Gatekeepers and others.
Data generated and achievements made in Quarter 1 of the Fiscal Year 25 were presented by Alex Eze Quincy, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of I-AIHD Osun State.
The challenges encountered in Quarter 1 of the Fiscal Year 25 were presented by Christian Ovie Oghumu, the Program Officer (HIV Testing Services) of I-AIHD Osun State.
The stakeholders had a massive conversation on how best challenges can be tackled for future processes. They also pledged their support to I-AIHD in ensuring that all members of the key population, most especially the hard to reach ones in Osun State, are reached with HIV prevention, treatment and care services under the I-AIHD ECEWS SPEED CDC Project in Osun State.
